Generating Mental Health Awareness
Mental Health America has named the month of May "Mental Health Awareness Month!" We use this month (among others) to create worldwide mental health awareness and provide individuals with important resources at the touch of their fingertips. We urge individuals to seek help early, as they would do if they were experiencing medical issues.
Last year, Mental Health America began the Be4Stage4 movement to highlight the importance of early intervention when an individual begins seeing signs of mental illness.
